The Fishers come to visit

Last weekend we had Grandpa, Grandma, Uncle Nate, Aunt Ashley and cousin Zach up to visit us. We had a lot of fun showing them the neighborhood and the visit was too short, Ethan didn't want anyone to leave. We walked to the beach, hiked up the mountain and strolled our way over to Ben and Jerry's. Here are some pictures from our weekend:

The cousins got along right away, everyone likes jumping on the bed!

Saturday morning we headed down to the beach.  Lillie and Ethan love it down there and so did Zach once he got used to the new surroundings.

Uncle Nate is definitely a fun uncle, they loved playing with him in the water.

Ethan spent a lot of time looking for animals.  He watched the fish, found snails and caught a baby turtle!

We forgot to bring their beach toys, but luckily a little boy shared his.  I got to remember those every time we go now, it kept them occupied in one area, so the adults could sit and relax for a bit!

Back at the house, we got some time in around the yard and swing set.

 Ethan with help from Uncle Nate tried to push them around the yard.

 That night we headed down to Ben and Jerry's. Ethan was a mess! He sure does love ice cream!

 Ethan practically ran the whole way home.  I don't know where he gets all his energy from!

Sunday morning we took a hike up the "mountain" across the street from our house after a delicious breakfast made mostly by Ryan

 Ethan was leading the way and getting impatient that people were not fast enough for him.

 Both babies fell asleep on the way back. Ethan actually got tired too and wanted to be carried.  No such luck for him, he is getting too big!

We had a wonderful time with everyone and wished they could have stayed longer. I didn't get a single picture of Ashley (or me either for that matter), but she was here, sorry Ashley!  Ethan was so upset when they left, he tried to get in the car with Grandpa. We are excited to see everyone in July!
