Between going to Vermont, being sick and going after all the great coupon deals, we've been busy. I find it hard to get back to blogging when I've been away for awhile because I have a lot I want to write but Tammy wants an update so here is a quick one!
Two weeks ago we went for another hike in Canton-this one at Sweetheart Mountain. We thought the mosquitoes were gone, but they ate Ethan alive. Poor little guy kept getting bit on his face. When I saw one, I tried to swat it away and Ethan's bottom lip came out. He looked so sad and his face seemed to say how could you do that to me Momma? I felt so bad but continued to gently swat away any bug that got close to his face. Here are a few pictures from the hike.
I tried to get a picture of him pouting but it never lasted long enough for me to get the camera out. I guess I didn't scar him for life.
Ethan and Daddy enjoying the hike. Notice the tree dangling from above, the base of the tree is behind them.
We still don't have a working bath tub so Ethan either gets a bath in the kitchen sink or gets a shower with one of us. This night he was getting a bath and made quite the mess. I think we were as wet as he was!

His cheesy smile
Ethan is now trying to walk. He never mastered crawling and now prefers to hold our hand and walk rather than do the army crawl. He loves to stand up and is starting to walk along furniture. I can't believe my little guy is close to walking. I don't think I am ready for that! Here is he watching Daddy sand down his toy box.

He loves to look out the front window. He gets so excited when he sees Daddy's red car come down the driveway. Though its the only car he has seen come down the driveway so he probably would get excited over any car. If anyone wants to visit, Ethan would love it!
